Pricing Overview
Our pricing is designed for transparency and scalability. Public access to search, view, and submit applications is always free for citizens and professionals.
Cadastre owners (such as government agencies or municipalities) are charged a small base platform fee plus usage based on the volume of data stored and two classes of operations:
- Write & Modify Operations: Higher value operations that change data (e.g., approving an application).
- Read & Access Operations: Lower cost operations that retrieve data (e.g., a public user searching for a parcel).
This model ensures you only pay for what you use, making it affordable for small cadastres and scalable for large nations.

Frequently Asked Questions
General Questions
A digital cadastre is a modern, map-based online system for registering and managing land and property information. It replaces traditional paper-based record-keeping, providing a single, authoritative source of data that is easily accessible to government staff, professionals (like surveyors and lawyers), and the public.
Our platform is designed for Government Agencies & Municipalities (to manage land records and process permits), Surveyors, Architects, and Legal Professionals (to access accurate parcel data), Citizens & Businesses (to find property information and submit applications), and NGOs & Community Groups (to use land data for planning).
The key benefits are increased efficiency, transparency, and security. It significantly reduces administrative work, minimizes errors, prevents fraud, and makes land information instantly accessible, which can stimulate economic development and improve citizen services.
Yes. The platform is designed to be the official system of record for a governing body. It provides a secure and auditable trail of all changes, ensuring that the digital data maintains its legal authority and integrity, in compliance with national and local regulations.
AUYAN uses artificial intelligence across several core functions: geospatial conflict detection automatically identifies overlapping claims and exclusion zone violations, intelligent workflow automation routes applications and flags anomalies, and AI-powered compliance analysis helps ensure adherence to regulatory standards such as EITI. All AI features are designed to assist — not replace — human decision-makers.
Pricing & Billing
Our model is designed to be fair and scalable. You pay a small daily base fee for the platform, plus variable costs based on the amount of data you store and the number of operations performed. This 'pay-for-what-you-use' approach makes it affordable for small municipalities while being powerful enough to scale for entire nations.
A Write Operation is any action that creates or changes data (e.g., approving a permit, updating a parcel boundary). These are higher-value actions. A Read Operation is any action that retrieves or views data (e.g., a citizen searching for a property, viewing a map tile). These are lower-cost and high-volume actions.
You are only charged for the usage that exceeds the included monthly usage in your plan. For example, if your plan includes 500,000 read operations and you use 700,000, you will only be billed for the extra 200,000 operations at the standard rate. There are no surprise penalty fees.
No. The Cadastre as a Service plan is billed on a monthly basis, and you can cancel at any time. Our pricing is transparent — the only costs are the daily base fee and the usage fees you incur. There are no setup fees, egress fees, or other hidden charges.
A typical small-to-medium cadastre costs approximately $500–1,000 per year. Use our calculator above for a personalized estimate based on your expected storage and operations volume.

Technical & Security
Security is our highest priority. We employ end-to-end encryption for all data (in transit and at rest), robust Identity and Access Management (IAM) controls, regular security audits compliant with ISO 27001, and immutable audit trails that log every action taken on the platform.
Absolutely. We provide tools and support for migrating data from various formats, including paper maps, CAD files (like DXF/DWG), and GIS databases (like Shapefiles or PostGIS). Our team can assist you in planning and executing a smooth transition.
Yes. The platform is built with a modern, API-first architecture. This allows for seamless integration with other government systems, such as tax authorities, public utility databases, national identity registries, and payment gateways.
Our standard 'Cadastre as a Service' is a fully managed cloud solution, which offers the best scalability and cost-effectiveness. For Enterprise clients with specific data sovereignty or regulatory requirements, we offer on-premise deployment options where the platform runs within your own data center.
Your data remains yours. Upon cancellation, you can export all data in standard formats (CSV, GeoJSON, Shapefile). We retain your data for 90 days after cancellation to allow for re-activation, after which it is permanently and securely deleted.
Our Cadastre as a Service plan targets 99.5% uptime. Enterprise clients receive a formal SLA guaranteeing 99.9%+ uptime with dedicated infrastructure and priority incident response.
Functionality & Usage
Yes. Our platform includes a powerful Identity and Access Management (IAM) system. You can create custom roles with granular permissions, ensuring that staff members (e.g., clerks, surveyors, approvers) can only access the data and perform the actions relevant to their jobs.
Yes. Every single action — from a data edit to a permit approval — is logged in a secure, tamper-proof audit trail. This provides full accountability and transparency, allowing you to see who did what, and when.
All plans include access to our comprehensive online documentation and standard email support. The Enterprise plan offers dedicated training sessions for your staff, a dedicated account manager, and premium support with guaranteed response times (SLAs).
Yes. Our Identity and Access Management (IAM) system supports multi-agency setups with granular policies controlling which agency can access which data and perform which actions. Each agency can have its own roles, workflows, and permissions within a shared cadastre.
Yes. The platform currently supports English, French, and Spanish. All interface elements, notifications, and public-facing pages can be displayed in any of these languages. Additional languages can be added upon request.
